Project Management Tutorial

Log In

• You will receive a welcome email with your login username & password information
• Use the link http://pm.baycentric.com/ to login

Add a task

• When logged in select the tab tasks, and you will see a “to do list” for your project
• Add a task to the “to do list” by selecting the add a task button
• Type the task
• Select who should see the task
• Select description, if the task requires more information
• Save your task
• Select save my changes

Reply to comments

• You can reply to a task by hovering over the task & selecting the caption bubble
• Select who you would like to notify
• To attach a file, select the “attach a file” button
• Save the comment

Send a message

• For any messages that you would like to communicate, use the messages tab
• Select add a message
• Enter a message subject
• Type a message
• Select who you would like to notify by email
• To attach files, select attach files.
• Post by selecting post this message

Reply to a message

• Go to the message tab
• Select the message you would like to reply to
• Select add a reply
• Type a message and select who you would like to notify
